On Friday, May 31st Oceanside High School is taking an innovative approach to their students’ education. Instead of attending regular classes we will hack the bell schedule and students will attend a student professional development conference or Youth Success Conference lead by community members. Volunteers choose a topic and prepare a 1-hour presentation that will be delivered twice to two different groups of students.
We have reached our capacity for speakers.

Presenter Topics:
Roadmaps
How did you envision your future self when you were younger? How does it compare to the current you? What did you learn along the way?
Time & Money
These are the two most limited resources you have. How do you manage these successfully?
Motivation
Who or what has motivated you to be successful? How did you discover that motivation? How did that motivation help you when you wanted to give up?
Secrets
What is something you wish you knew when you were in high school or early in your adult life?
Skills
What skills are important for high school students to learn in order to have successful futures?

9:00-10:00AM: Session 1 present your content to 25-35 high school students

10:30-11:30: Session 2 present your same content to a second group of 25-35 students
