Meet Charles Sutton

Chares Sutton is an experienced data products developer that has worked for Netflix, Intuit, and Petco. With over 15 years of data product design experience, he's seen a lot of product failures. What he discovered is the common theme behind many of those failures was a lack of understanding the needs of the user. Today, Charles teaches the principles of user-centered design to companies who want to build amazing data products.
