I am a story teller! I can show you how you can share your story through creating a mural with you!! You will be able to create your vision individually and as a group. Students should participate in my presentation because it's informative and a whole lot of FUN!
Meet Joanne Tawfilis
Director, Art Miles Mural Project
I am a PhD Fine Arts graduate, master muralist, former director of personnel for the UN in Africa, and director of management services at the International Atomic Energy Agency, former director of the 10,000 widows of Srebrenica project, consider myself an "artivist", have published articles and presented a TEDx Talk "Painting Outside the Lines"traveled to 28 countries, and love working with youth.
