Senior Banker, Bank of America

Digital Media and Design Alumni, Class 2016

Reflecting on my journey from an immigrant ESL student to a senior banker at Bank of America, I recognize significant personal and professional growth. Initially, language barriers and cultural differences posed challenges, but they also fueled my determination to succeed. Through perseverance, continuous learning, and embracing opportunities, I transformed obstacles into stepping stones, leading to a fulfilling career in banking. Now I’m dedicated to empowering others—especially young students and immigrants—with the knowledge and skills to build a strong financial future. Yen will presenting this workshop with a team from Bank of America.

A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went. Smart money habits will bring you close to financial independence.
